Annual DelcoRRC Volkswanderung
Bring the family to Annual DelcoRRC Volkswanderung at Ridley Creek State Park (picnic Area 8) on Thanksgiving Day.
CALLING BIKERS, WALKERS, RACERS ... and ... BAKERS
This is a 4+/- Mile prediction run, on the paved trail. VERY FAMILY FREINDLY! Check in at 8am to register ON race day and off you go at 9am to be back home in time for a shower. All proceeds benefiting The Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry of Prospect Part and the Food Cupboard at Media United Methodist Church. Donations of canned goods are welcome with your entry fee of $15/person, $30/immediate family. Prediction Run winners go home with a homemade pie. Which means.... PIE BAKERS ARE NEEDED! If you like to bake, please bring one to be given away.

Black Friday Afternoon Run- 3PM @ Haverford Reserve
followed by Barnaby's Havertown
This will be the 3rd year for the non-official, non-sanctioned, Black Friday Fun Run at the Haverford Reserve. The run/walk is primarily on trails with a mix of road and pavement thrown in to tie it all together.
You can take a short hike, or run up to 7 miles. The course will be in 3 different segments. Chose one, two or all three. Of course you can do your own thing if you like. We follow it up with a stop at Barnaby's Havertown for beverage, food and more beverage. They have had gift cards at 50% off till about 5pm the past two years and we're hoping for that again.
This year we will meet under the pavilion next to the kiddie playground.

Pre-Registration Fee: $30 adults $15 (under 17)
Race day Fee: $35 adults $20 (under 17)

Join us for the 2nd annual Chilly Trail Run. This scenic 5k will take you through 3 miles of beautiful trails nestled in the Community Park at Haverford Reserve. This is a challenging route for all levels- from beginners to experienced trail runners. We also offer a 1 mile winter walk.
NEW!! This year we are excited to announce our sponsorship with Long Trail Brewery. After the race get the chance to sample some of the seasonal brews offered this year by Long Trail. Complimentary lunch and refreshments for runners will also be served following the race at the CREC.

The 6th Annual 100 Wheels Project!
Here is a terrific opportunity to give back this holiday season. Registration is required so sign up today! Thursday December 12th. I plan to attend with my boys so the 7:30 Pm class will be cancelled. Mike? Do you plan to go as well? Will there be an 8:30 class?
