Adventure Fitness was created to encourage everyone to show up for life.  Adventure Fitness uses High Intensity Interval Training with trainers to motivate, guide and push you to your potential.  Our weekly workouts are designed for the beginners and athletes alike. Founded by Mike Cras, a Level 1, CrossFit Trainer, Adventure Fitness is owned and operated by himself and sister Janet Smith, ACE Certified Personal Trainer.

We are a team that enjoys a little friendly competition, we break stones at times, but above all, we show up so everyone can excel beyond all expectations.

At Adventure Fitness, we are outdoor enthusiasts.  The world is our playground. The indoor gym workouts at Adventure Fitness are designed to enhance your performance of the outdoor activities that you love.  Our indoor gym is just the beginning to improving your biking, running, climbing and rowing skills.  Ask us about our group excursions too.  Mountain biking, road biking, trail running, family hiking, kayaking, camping.  There are no limits!
