High Intensity Circuit Training: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an exercise method in which you visit a specific number of strength training exercises in consecutive order, with little rest. It can be as many as 2 to 12 different exercises in each circuit and usually entails switching between muscle groups to allow each group to rest, but not letting the heart rate decrease.  The HIIT workouts at Adventure Fitness are designed for everyone, the absolute beginner, the weekend warrior, and the elite athlete to develop or enhance their level of fitness.  HIIT is perfect for those who are short on time, each session lasting approximately 45 minutes. All workouts will combine speed, agility and flexibility through a cardiovascular and strength training, for a complete and effective routine.

Our facility includes rowing machines, Olympic bars, Plyometric boxes, jump ropes, tires, weighted tires for pulling, GHD machine, pull up bars, rings, agility ladders, kettlebells, bands and swiss balls. All of our classes are designed to be scalable for all abilities.
We ask that those who are new to the classes arrive 15 minutes early to review the routines. Thank you!
