THIS THURSDAY - DON'T FORGET!!!!   NIGHT TIME TRAIL RUN! 
Time: 8 PM,  (7:30 PM - Get your rear in gear at the pre workout!  Ok, it might focus more on upper body since we will be running right after, but you get the point!) 7:30 Workout, 8:00 Run
Where:  Haverford Reserve
Who:  All Abilities welcome! NO ONE WILL BE LEFT BEHIND.
What to bring: A headlight if you own one.  If you own more, please bring them to share.  If you don't have one, we will find one for you!  Let us know if you need one.  Please don't forget fresh batteries or to charge your light.  You might want to bring a towel if you plan to participate in the workout prior.

THIS SATURDAY - AFTERNOON MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDE
Who: All abilities are welcome to this ride.  Beginners especially!!!!  To all experienced bike riders - please come out to lend a helping hand, advice, guidance and remind of to have a sense of humor!
