Welcome December!


Congrats to those who took the challenge of the baseline!  Some achieved a PR.  Congrats!  Especially to Mike W.  He took 2 minutes off his time. Woo-hoo!   Another Woo-hoo to Mike W for taking on the Holiday Running Challenge.  Starting on Thanksgiving run at least 1 mile EVERYDAY through January 1st.  Thanks Mike for motivating us to step it up and take on the challenge ourselves.  YOU can start any time!!
For those who did not...Do not lose faith. You have a month to push yourself further than you ever dreamed.  Your dreams are up to you.  How much you push yourself is up to you. Make it your month to achieve your dreams.  There is no need to wait until January.  In January, you will be glad you dreamed, pushed and achieved.
