Unbelievably perfect weather for a workout. Welcome Linda and Jen to the group. I missed their workout, but if I know Linda and Jen, they were all business and kicked it out!

One Leg Deadlift Pull Ups Spiderman Push Up Russian Twist or 5 Reps, 15 Rounds 5 Pull Ups 5 Push Ups 5 Sit Ups 5 Squats Extra ~ 4 Minutes Jump Rope, Stretch Jen, Linda, Sue, Chris, Matt, Chris A., John, Jared, Andy, Marie, Wil, and Emily *(Cheryl - EVERYONE MISSED YOU!!!!)
