Terrific impromptu workout last night! Welcome the newest member, Jen. Obviously, no newbie to working out. The power that she used on the burpee high knees was impressive. Way to go, Jen! Also, I wanted to thank Gene for bringing so many new faces to Adventure Fitness. He is making the world a healthier place!!! Love it! Two more things...A huge applause to the younger ones in the group, Emily and Dominic at 13 and 14 - They can really hold their own! Congrats on a job well done! Thanks to Kelly for initiating the impromptu workout! Good thinking! When in doubt - just ask!
