Everyone's favorite word to say, but not do....TABATA time!
We did 8 rounds of each exercise....20 seconds on, 10 second rest...with a 2 minute break between each TABATA of the following:
Squats
Sit Ups
Push Ups (hand release)
Kettle Bell Swings
Jump Rope
Row
7:30 Class:

8:30 Class:
Jackie, Cheryl, Matt, Chris A, Chris H, Mike, Chrissy, Jack, Andy, Brendan, & Pete!
