20 Rounds:
5 Squats
5 Situps
5 Push Ups
5 Lat Pull downs
then Run Around School again.

21-15-9 of
Run Around School
Bench Press
Burpees
Knees to Elbows
Run Around School...(start with run, then do 21 reps, run around again, then move onto 15...etc)

Run Around School
then 2 rounds of
750M Row
15 Burpees
Run Around School
30 situps
30 squats
25 Box Jumps
and finish with another Run Around School.
