Congrats to Jen S.!!! Jen's erg was phenomenal last night! During her 45 seconds on the erg she steadily decreased her time for 500m. When the buzzer sounded she had dropped to 1:43. I think she would have continued to row strong if it were not for the buzzer. Awesome job! I'd like to see what she could maintain for a full 500. Shows what hard work and consistency does! Jen has been going steady with us for 3 months! Awesome!!!!!
