Dedication and hard work shows when the baseline workout comes around. EVERYONE who did a baseline last night PR!  Congrats to all!  What makes it even better?  The amount of support and cheering heard for one another.  The camaraderie is awesome!!
A belated congrats to Jackie for her marathon!!!  3:43 - She did it!!!  Boston Qualifier!!!  Yeah Baby!!!!
