On most Saturdays there is group of people that get together before the 7:15 AM class for a short pre run. The start time is usually 6:15 AM. The distance is about 5 miles. All are welcome regardless of pace. We will wait for everyone. You have an hour to get back in time for the 7:15 class. I think that is more than doable for everyone! Join in the fun!!!! You are guaranteed a great start to the day! A run and workout all before most people are out of bed! Feel free to email me just to be sure this is going on, as it is not a definite every week.
